At Dave's Parts, we know that when you need a part, you need it fast.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched within 12 business hours of receiving your order.

Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $20 Australia-wide

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $249

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro Areas: 1–3 business days

  • Regional and remote areas may require additional transit time depending on location and carrier availability.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, and peak shipping periods.


Returns

We want you to purchase with confidence.

30-Day Returns

Unused parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item has not been fitted, installed, or used.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging and saleable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Parts that have been fitted, installed, or used.

  • Electrical components that have been installed or connected.

  • Special-order or non-stocked items sourced specifically for a customer.

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse or incorrect installation.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Return the item to the address provided.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
